As the Sr. Director of Recruiting for Mondo, I help clients overcome their staffing challenges by providing the best talent the market can supply. With my unique and experienced perspective, I have become an expert in the staffing world on everything from market knowledge to delivery and execution. My career has focused on creating solutions and developing methods to optimize business processes around staffing and identifying talent. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing Mondo’s Recruiting department and maintaining the company's presence at the forefront of the industry. |

Responsible for overseeing thousands of placements in every capacity across the IT and Digital Marketing spectrum, I provide full sourcing, including onboarding, payroll, employee retention planning, and performance evaluation, to build the strongest teams that will deliver the best talent. One of the responsibilities I enjoy most is mentoring My direct reports. I have also been featured as a technology staffing expert in various high-level publications including CIO Magazine, Computer World, Information Week, InfoWorld, and most recently Network World. |
Meagan Humphrey | VP Sales & Recruiting EnablementAbout Meagan:
As the VP of Sales and Recruiting Enablement for Mondo, I am responsible for working across all departments to ensure Mondo has a streamlined sales process within the CRM from start to finish. This includes overseeing marketing analytics to drive higher lead generation, examining processes, identifying weak spots, and effectively leveraging tools to develop a stronger infrastructure and sales strategy. I am highly focused on implementing solutions and helping drive revenue to Mondo's bottom line. I got my start at Mondo in Sales before growing into an Operations role. This evolution is a true example of what Mondo DNA is all about. |
