Step 1: Getting Started with ADP
Welcome to Mondo! We're so excited to have you on board and we can't wait for you to start. In order to do that, we'll need to get you set up in ADP, our HR records and payroll system. You should already have received a link to the ADP application from your recruiter. If not please do not hesitate to ask! You'll need to fill it out in order to complete the onboarding process.
After you've completed your application, HR will set you up in the ADP system. You will receive an automated email with the subject: "ADP Generated Message: Register Today!" Follow the instructions in the email and use the personal registration code provided to create your account.
Once you've successfully registered your account, you will find yourself on ADP's homepage, where you will have to complete important onboarding tasks, such as filling out your electronic W4, State Tax, and Direct Deposit.

Step 2: On Your First Day
With your manager, please fill out the first page of the I9 form and present your original and unexpired documentation. Your manager will fill out the employer section and send to [email protected]. For a complete list of valid identification, please see the last page of the form.
Step 3: Securing your emailConfirm you’ve done your 2 step verification; if you have yet to enable, look for “Your Name, your new Mondo email credentials” and follow the steps in order to access your Mondo account. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to [email protected].
